Returns & Refunds
Customers have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return — please review our return eligibility below to see if the item you ordered qualifies for a return.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that mistakes happen! That’s why we offer a 12-hour grace period after an order is placed to make changes or request cancellations.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
1️⃣ 12-Hour Grace Period
Customers have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify their order.
2️⃣ Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If your order has not been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation beyond the 12-hour window.
3️⃣ Engraving Requests
Changes to engraving or custom details may not be possible after the 12-hour window,
but we will do our best to accommodate.
4️⃣ Fulfilled Orders
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
